Riley Plumbing and Heating Co., Inc. was such a breathe of fresh air in the industry and I am so glad that we were able to do business with them. We had a small leak in our toilet so we called them up and the guy that came out turned out to be the owner of the company. He fixed the toilet in no time at all and when it came to the payment I expected to dish out an arm and a leg just for a simple repair because that's how it has been for me in the past with other plumbers. He charged me a little over $100 which is what some plumbers charged just to come out! He let me know that his company appreciates high customer service and retention over charging people high prices to make a bigger return. At that point I asked him for an estimate regarding an issue we were putting off for a long time and he was able to give me an affordable estimate along with a $300 discount off the work to join their yearly service plan which is $99 a year. So he essentially paid me $200 to join his service plan. I have never had better service done in my life, these guys should be the #1 plumbing and heating company in Connecticut. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone that needs service and am looking forward to working with them again.
