I had used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing once before. I recently came home from vacation to a massive flood in my home. It was on a Sunday. I called Ben Franklin and they had someone out here within 45 minutes. He found right where the water was coming from and fixed it immediately. Then, he even called back the next morning to make sure I was okay and that there were no more problems with the water leaking. That went above and beyond and I thought that was pretty great of them. I would absolutely recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to anyone. I will call them again if I need a plumber.
