Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did good work for me. I chose them because I saw one of their ads and they have an established reputation around here. They came out right away to give me an estimate and it was lower than another estimate I had gotten. They showed up for the job on the scheduled day and did what they said they would do. The moved some plumbing and installed a new floor drain in my laundry room. I was renovating that space in my seventy-year-old house. The old house had a big open drain in the floor surrounded by concrete that the washing machine drained into. It was just ugly. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing took it all out and replaced it. When they took their lunch break in the middle of the day, there was a huge pile of dirt and concrete in the middle of the room, but by the time they finished they did a pretty good job of cleaning it all up. I was happy that it was finished in one day. They did have to come back for one thing, but they were there the very next day. I will hire them for other jobs if they gave me a good estimate. But I think for regular drain cleaning, other companies are still cheaper. Overall, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did the job they said they would do and I am satisfied with the result.
