Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came out and repaired an outside leaking water line that was coming into my house. I had never used them before but after calling other plumbers who kept putting me off I decided to give them a try. There really wasn't anything major that needed repaired, just a few connections that needed tightened up and some plumbers tape and it was taken care of. They guy that came out arrived on time and he was pleasant enough. I did think for the work that was done it was kind of pricey but it is fixed and I happy with that.
