Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did a good job for us. This was not our first time using their services. We had them come out recently to repair a problem with our toilet. We requested Patrick. He is a very cordial and knowledgeable technician. He was able to quickly and efficiently find the problem with the toilet. He took the time to explain his findings to us and let us know what he would do to fix it. He also took the time to answer the questions we had. We would use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again.
