I made an appointment with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to come out and replace the lid on my sump pump area. The plumber showed up on time and got right to work. He fixed the lid and also cleaned out the system and adjusted it. He was pleasant and personable. The service was fast and he absolutely knew what he was doing and provided good quality work. I have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing before and if I need them I will not hesitate to call them!
