This was my first time calling Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I used to use another company that was local that went out of business and would always see Benjamin Franklin Plumbing trucks driving around my neighborhood. I am so glad that I tried them! The plumber that they sent out was wonderful. I had him do some work on the downstairs shower and everything came out very well. He was such a nice young man. I even called the company to let them know what a great job that he did. He showed up on time and finished the task quickly and efficiently. He was very professional and friendly. I will definitely use the company again and would have no problem recommending them.
