It was my first time using them, and I thought it was easy to make the appointment: I just called in the morning, somebody answered, and they finished the work that same day in the afternoon. I would give Jered, the person who did the work, five stars. He did the work very well and showed up on time within a timeframe that worked well with our schedule. And he cleaned up to the point where I wouldn't have known that work had been done.
