This was the first time I have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They came out and worked on my hot water heater. Their technicians were knowledgeable and very professional. They got it fixed and they did a very good job.

Their customer service was really good too. They were courteous and helpful, and they worked around my schedule. I found their pricing to be reasonable, and I will use them again.
