Overall, the service we received from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was just okay. We were having issues with our water purification system under our sink because it was leaking so we gave them a call. They told us over the phone that it would cost $59 to come out to our home, what they didn't tell us is that it would cost another $59 just to diagnose the issue. They were able to stop the leaking but let us know that we would have to replace the purification unit. The plumber that came out was nice and seemed to know what he was doing. The only thing that I recommend they do better in the future is to communicate their pricing better so that I'm not confused about what they are charging me for.
