They did OK
Well.... Everything went well up to a point. Coordinated to have my water heater looked at, and subsequently decided to get a new one. Scheduled the work to be done on a Tuesday, and was given a window between 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. At 12 I still hadn't heard anything, so I called. The worker who was supposed to do my water heater replacement was on the west end, and I live in the heights. He ended up calling at about 12:15 saying he was on his way, and actually arrived at 12:40. He said the install would take about 3 hours, which it did. When he was finished, there was no discussion about missing the service window. After the worker left, I went downstairs to take a look and found that the worker had gouged up the handrail down the stairs in several places either moving the old heater out, or the new heater in. The good news is that the water heater works fine, just not the greatest experience with the install.
