I called for an estimate. The owner showed up within 2 days and gave me a fair estimate. I requested 2 estimates, one for a tank water heater and one for a tankless water heater. The tankless one would have been 3 times the cost of the one with a tank. When I asked for his recommendation he told me he would go for the cheaper tank installation for our home and amount of people in it. He could have easily strongly recommended the more expensive one but didn't. I scheduled the appointment and within a week they came over and replaced my hot water heater from start to finish in a little over 2 hours. The technician was very polite and professional during the entire process. Highly recommend these guys for any plumbing needs!
