I hired Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to install a gas line to the furnace in the shop. I had gotten an estimate from them and waited until I had the money to schedule the job--and liked that the estimate they gave me matched their final price. Everything is good and I think I'll use them again if I have a need. They cancelled on me once because the installer that was scheduled that day had to pick up his daughter, so they got someone to come out on the next day. It was fine.
