I find out at 6:30 AM on a Monday morning my water heater blew. I called a couple other companies, but was told the next day was the soonest they could help. I called Ben Franklin, and a very cordial lady told me she could have someone out in an hour or so. 20 minutes later, Pat from Ben Franklin called me and said he was heading my way. He showed up, assessed my situation, and explained the fix. He removed the leaking unit, installed a new one, and I had hot water again before noon!! He was super friendly, explained in detail what needed to be done, and even wore protective booties whenever he was in my house!! I will use this company exclusively from now on, and will recommend them to everyone I can!!
