Mike was the first one to come out when I didn't have hot water. He fixed (problem) which I unknowingly had created. He was so nice and I told him if ever I had a plumbing problem I would call on this company. That became necessary and I did call. Everything was taken care of and I will definitely call Benjamin Franklin plumbing for everthing needed in the pluming department. Job well done. Wonderful company.
