Benjamin Franklin Plumbing just came out and changed some valves for my washer. That was the first time I used their service, since we just moved to the area. I would use them again. The price was OK, it was good. They were very friendly, very helpful. They came out on a Saturday and did the work basically because the original appointment was for a Friday and they ran into some problems and couldn't get to it. They came on Saturday to do the work and didn't charge any extra. I'd say that I was satisfied and I was happy with them.
