On one of the hottest weekends in AZ, when AC units were blowing out all across town, Lisa worked us in to her booked schedule. (We did have an advantage of being close to her office). They were prompt and produced an estimate quickly. It was quite the expense, basically needed a new unit. So we did get a second opinion. The second opinion confirmed what Bumblebee AC recommended. Lisa was very proactive and took great lengths to answer our questions and tidy up the estimate with all the details that pertained to the replacement. We are the type of consumer that wants to know what we are paying for when expending a large sum. We are happy with their services. Especially on such a busy AC season. Some companies never returned my calls. Too busy. I appreciate that they offered texting and were on top of things.
