tech was profesional and friendly
Bumble Bee was able to schedule me for a same day appointment after I found my AC to not be working. The tech was very friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair. During the warmer months I expect appointments to be delayed. It would have been nice to get a text or a call letting me know they would be late. I would definitely call on Bumble Bee AC again.
