Bumble Bee AC did a fantastic job in replacing our AC unit, which was no easy task for them.
Let me first say it started with the diagnosis. Craig came out and determined the problem and was very honest about what was needed and let us know that he could fix it but one problem would lead to another.
Once we determined we would get a new unit, we needed to schedule it ASAP. Bumble Bee staff, Lisa primarily, was able to put us on a quick schedule.
The Bumble Bee team was prompt and wasted no time in getting to work. It would take three of them to get the unit out due to unique circumstances of the previous install done at construction.
The guys were great. Always respectful and professional and efficient.
For as quick as it was done and for the customer service I think our price was very reasonable and I highly recommend Bumble Bee AC!!!
