We've used Real Deal twice now. We previously used one of the big advertisers, but when quality slipped, we decided to shift to Real Deal. Both visits have been perfect and professional from the moment we made the appointments until the technicians left. They are always right on time, use great care to avoid equipment scrapes, protect and clean up overspray, and the post clean raking really makes our carpet beautiful again! We wouldn't settle for anyone else!
