I've been working with Andrew and his services for well over 12+ years. They are always on time, always offer great apartment pricing, and always make the appropriate recommendations if extra services (i.e. pet odor removal, carpet stretching, carpet repairs) are needed.

If Andrew and his team feel that the carpet cannot be saved, they will tell me ahead of time and recommend replacement - thereby saving us the money of shampooing unsalvageable carpet.
