We are very sorry to hear that the carpet cleaning service we provided was not outstanding. We called Mr Mason twice. The first phone call was a follow up call. We always call our customers the next day to see how was the service. We left a message. Unfortunately Mr Mason never returned our call. We called Mr Mason again yesterday but he was busy and did not talk to us.
We always call our customers after the carpet cleaning job to make sure everything was fine. It does happen that a carpet (depends on the age and the condition of the carpet) does not get 100% clean after the first time. We will come back and re-clean the carpet free of charge. Always!
