Overall, I would say that I have had a pretty good experience with Real Deal Carpet Cleaning. The staff came to clean three areas and some stairs. They delivered great quality and got some stains out - this was our third time using them. Unfortunately, on their way to the work, their truck broke down, which I completely understand. But I had to be the one to get in contact with the company and call them to figure out why they were late, rather than them letting me know that they would be late. The pricing for their work was probably the same as others. I would recommend them because they did a good job with their work and I am happy with the final results.
