I am very happy with Butler Floor & Carpet and the work they did. I had them install carpeting on the stairs and they also made runners for the hallways. Everything looks great and the product/carpet is very nice. There was some scheduling mishap and they day they came out they didn't have the carpeting I ordered. I had to go back and pick out something new and reschedule the install also. It was an inconvenience but Tom was so helpful when we had to go back in. He helped us pick out the best product for our needs and went over so much with us. The only issue was the scheduling really - everything else was great. Everyone is really nice and I definitely recommend them.
