I hired Butler Floor & Carpet to do a library this year--a very difficult carpeting job. They keep the same techs and it shows up in their work, and in the results. This is the second time around I have hired them--a year ago they did four rooms and some very difficult steps. I have had a very good experience because it is a high-quality operation all the way around. If you are a person that doesn't mind spending a little extra money for quality work, they are the people to go to.

Their prices are not the least expensive and they are not the most expensive. They are upwards in price, but the quality is very good on labor and education about the type of carpet. The office staff is extremely knowledgeable and honest. The guy in the office I dealt with is the sales manager Jim, and he's the overall important factor for my experience. I had a lot of questions about the longevity of the carpet and he took me through it. They have multiple grades of carpet and he came down to my house personally and inspected the carpets, and we have some beautiful carpet in our house now. The expertise of the staff that works there is very good.
