Call Anyone But ProTech
Protech installed a furnace in my home about 10 years ago and I've been a loyal customer up until now.
Over the years, it's broken down 3 times due to switches and gasket issues. This most recent visit, Harold came to fix the switch and I was billed close to $350. I payed up front. And when I mentioned the high price to Harold he shrugged his shoulders.
After a conversation with someone in the office, I found I was overcharged due to price differences in 'an old pricing book and a new pricing book'. The difference in price was about $200. The gentleman offered me a refund. He said they'd mail it out to me. This conversation was last Friday and a week later I haven't received the refund and no update as to what's going on.
I shouldn't have to go back down to the office to check on this situation. After being a loyal customer for so long I'd hoped Protech would value my business more highly. I'll be looking into other companies for service.
