Needed two toilets repaired and furnace wasn't coming on. Appointment person was courteous and found a spot for me quickly. Harold arrived early and fixed the toilets, diagnosed the problem w furnace which required ordering a part. Once again they worked hard to get it fixed quickly working around my schedule and it was installed quickly and efficiently. Harold even took time to "mentor" my 9 year old grandson who wanted to go into the crawlspace with him and observe everything he was doing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
