Our experience with Protech was just for one job. Our furnace stopped generating heat and they came out to replace a part. They were very polite and professional, it turned out the part they brought didn't work for the furnace so they fixed it temporarily until they could get the right one delivered. We're rent the property and the owners paid the service so we can't comment on rates, but the workers were nice.
