Initial carpet selection (middle Grade) had been back ordered and again pushed when the supplier projected (backordered) delivery date was not met. Town Pride found that the higher grade carpet was available and provided the upgrade to meet our needed install date.

Fellows that came and did the install were just great; nice guys. Friendly, professional, diligent and did a really great job much better than the original install (from years ago).

Over the years our floor had developed a number of squeaks that I had previously marked so I could screw down. Installers pointed out other areas that I had missed and made certain I had time to repair before they installed the carpet over it.
