I was a long-time customer before the most recent installation from Towne Pride Interiors. I've used them for other flooring projects and absolutely love the flooring they installed in one of my bedrooms. That installer was wonderful. However, the carpet installers left much to be desired. They weren't very neat and didn't leave the stairway edges finished correctly, nor did they remove all remnants of the old carpet. They also laid a piece of carpeting in the middle of the hallway that had an obvious flaw (a big black stain). I called the Towne Pride representative to came out and look. He immediately resolved the problem by ordering a replacement piece of carpet. However, when the installers came back to fix the flawed piece, I pointed out the sloppy job done on the stairs, and they brushed off my concerns. So I was left feeling they didn't really care about the finished product. I was unhappy with the stairs but I was even more unhappy with the idea that the installers laid down an obviously flawed piece of carpet that required a call by me to get action. I never had issues with Towne Pride before now but would hesitate before using them again. I also hesitate to recommend them. The installers were not up to the usual standards that I experienced with Towne Pride Interiors in the past.
