I hired Towne Pride Interiors to install porcelain tile and wall to wall carpeting throughout the house. I would have given them a five-star rating except that the first carpet they brought out had some damage to it and they had to reorder it. This was not their fault at all. It was solely the maker of the carpet. They reordered the carpet and the second one came out and it had the same problem with it. Again it had to be reordered. I moved my furniture three times before my carpet got installed. I just think that after the first one a proactive approach could have been taken by them looking at the carpet prior to scheduling it to be installed to make sure that it did not have the same issue. Other than that, the installation went very well. Everything looks terrific. These folks have a high degree of integrity and are very honest. They worked to get the issue resolved and kept at it until it was corrected. They are nice and very easy to deal with.
