Towne Pride Interiors is excellent. The sales person, Cherry, was very helpful she showed us a number of things and she walked us around and let us look and see if there was anything that we wanted to talk about, like what other people were doing with their rentals. She share information concerning what others tend to do and not. She followed up with us and did all the right things.
The men that were going to install, they worked with us as well. In fact, they had to reschedule one time which wasn't a major thing for us but they came in and after they pulled out the carpet that we were going to put it somewhere else in the house, the man told us that it was full of urine and that he would not do that. He looked at the floor and the padding was not looking good either, so I called the office and they reschedule and gave me time to clean the floors so that things were right and really clean when I put down the carpet.
They worked with us and they gave us advice and let us make the decision so that we could make an informed decision. We have dealt with them before and we have always gotten good advice and good service. And they are close by too, so that's convenient but even if they weren't, I would go to them.
