We had gotten a kitchen and bathroom floor done with Towne Pride Interiors back in 1994. I was really happy with floors we got then and now we just remodeled our kitchen, so I went back down there because I was so pleased with how well everything was done the first time. What I really like about them is that they let you bring samples home so you can look at it with the lighting and other elements in your house and pick out the right color and pattern for your home.

Our kitchen was totally gutted. We had them put in a vinyl floor. They put the subfloor down first, plus we had some issues with our floor squeaking before, so they did the best they could to try and fix that before they laid the new floor down. They were great. They were friendly. They were nice. It went really well.

The price was a little more than I expected to spend. Like I said they let you bring samples home and the one I really, really liked (of course) ended up being one of the most expensive ones. So i didn't want to spend that much. I did mention that after I got the estimate and they gave me about $100 off but it was still much more expensive than the last time we had worked with them. I went with that product even though it was a pricier one since it was the one I had picked out to go best with the counters and cabinets. I'm definitely happy with the product. My kitchen is 100% the way I wanted. I wouldn't change anything about it. It's perfect.

They're very nice to deal with. They're all very friendly, and they'll work with your schedule to get in there and do measuring or whatever they need to do. They want you to be happy. They even called after they were done to ask how things were going.
