I have been using Dean's Home Services for about four years now, and I've always appreciated their service. Their techs are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. My only thing is that their prices are a bit expensive, and if it wasn't for that I'd give them five stars. I really enjoy their Dean's Club service, where, for a fee, they come out every year and check out my mechanical and electrical systems to make sure everything is running at optimal capacity. They check to see if anything needs improvement or repairs need to be done.
They were last out at my rental condo to do a repair on the water softener system, and that went well. They had the part handy and were able to repair the issue quickly. As usual, they provided good, professional service. It was a bit expensive for only about a half-hour of work, but the work was done well. I will definitely continue using their services!
