They kept us very well informed and the vehicle was beautiful when we picked it up. Typically in these types of situations you are suspicious of what the insurance companies might "try to short you on", but we feel we got our car back exactly as it was before it was damaged and the staff at Rick Warner made the experience a borderline pleasure (all except the whole "accident" thing)!!!
