Called on a Sunday evening and advised that my second unit (for bonus room) was not working. Tech showed up before noon on Monday as showed me within 5 mins that it was the actuator. Changed it and problem was resolved. I have an annual service plan with I Care and that allowed me to get a 15% discount. As part of my service package, I receive a cleaning and 'tune up" in spring and fall. In spring the technician suspected a leak in the same unit, and after an hour of searching could not locate the leak. He put two pounds of Freon in at no charge, advising that he would check the system again to see if it had leaked out in the fall check up. Honest, efficient service. This company thrives of these principles unlike some others whose modus operand i is to find or create "problems" to up sell you.
