I actually called Francis Air Conditioning initially to have an estimate done on what it would cost to clean the duct work. Once he gave me the estimate I realized I couldn't afford it, so we went with a cheaper option, which was some kind of spray sanitizer. It didn't address the core issue but at least it killed some of the microbes and improved the air quality a little bit. The price was ok. This was my first time working with Francis AC but I would use their service again.
