Was very interested in the proposal they gave me. Needed to follow thru on some items that were promissed during the visit to my home but not written into the esitmate. Made 3 attempts on my part to do this, was disregarded each time. I chose to take my business elsewhere. If a company can not show interest in locking in a deal with a customer that is chasing them down, I can only imagine how they will ignore me if I needed service on an issue in the future. A perfect example of the South Florida Business Model!
