I got my AC fixed by Francis Air Conditioning and it cost me $250. They switched out my capacitor for a smaller one and took mine with them. He had the wires crossed on it too and it got totally fried. He didn't seem like an AC guy to me and it didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. He was inexperienced. They owe me for that capacitor and I would like for them to contact me about it. I appreciated that they came out at the time of night they did and they had great customer service. They come when they say they will come. The technician didn't do the work properly, though, and I had to buy a new capacitor myself.
