Dave did a very nice job of providing a 'safety check' with outlets, fire alarms, etc. - this time so that I could pass inspection when showing my house for resale. He made some other recommendations but didn't pressure me into adding them to the list. I'm really trying to keep costs down, as I've had many surprise costs with my home. Dave has always been very courteous and helpful.
