I called about my ac being broken and was scheduled for an appointment that day. The owner showed up and did a diagnostic test and attempted to add freon as he suspected a leak and would fix it the next day. It turned out a valve in the air handler was broken and the unit needed to be replaced. He didn't charge me for the freon, replaced the handler the next day and replaced my disconnect and box outside for free. This was an all around great company
