I bought an air conditioning unit from another company around 6 years ago and it stopped working right away, the company forgot to put in the filter during the installation. This company had ripped me off and I had used them for about 6 years before getting fed up. At one point the technician would run my bill up to 1k during every visit. He got very defensive when I questioned him about the price and he got aggressive which frightened me. After all this frusteration, I called up Global Cooling after seeing them on Angie's List. Doug was the HVAC technician that came to my home. Doug listened to all my problems and took them seriously. He looked at the inside unit and outside unit, he could identify the problem right away. After agreeing on a price, he was able to fix the problem super quickly. Doug was such an honest person and gave me a fair price. I am so happy that my unit is working again. Global Cooling has turned me into a life long customer and I would recommend them to anyone.
