I had called in Global Cooling initially to come in and do a service check for my air conditioning and they provided really good service. I wanted the service check done as Florida summers get really hot and I didn't want any problems cropping up in July or August. They came and looked at my air conditioning and actually found something. They were very helpful about dealing with the issue. They explained that it wasn't urgent, but that it would be less expensive to fix right then, compared to me having to make an emergency call in the summer. Their technician also helped me figure out how to put the filter in, which is something that should be easy but isn't. He was very informative and communicative, which I really appreciated. He took his time to explain how to maintain the system in his absence. Not a lot of services do that sort of thing; they would much rather you make the emergency call to them so they can make money. I must say that these are really honest,capable people, and it's hard to find companies like that. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
