Dealt with Global Cooling for the first time after my usual a/c and heating guy relocated. Everyone I called wouldn't even book me and appointment for three weeks and nobody could get around to my house to fix my furnace, Doug was able to get out by the end of the day and get my heater up and running by the time he left.
