I'm a repeat customer of theirs. I hired them to do an entirely new installation of an air conditioning unit about thirteen to fourteen months ago, and they've done some follow-up repair work a couple of times since then. I'm also planning to hire them for annual maintenance. I've never had a bad experience with them, and their service technician is really, really nice. He's always on time to the scheduled appointments, he handles himself in a professional manner, and he explains things in a way that makes them easy to understand. Overall, I think they do a great job!
