This is my first time using Beautiful Blooms Landscaping. I hired them to come out and landscape the front and backyard. The workers did a very good job, they were prompt and were very comfortable to be around. Dan is a very nice man and I liked working with him but he was a bit slow in getting back to me with questions I had regarding the work. I also had some plants that he recommended I put in but said they might be susceptible to the cold. Unfortunately, we did have a cold snap and I did lose those plants. I feel like the communication with regard to those plants should have been more specific when it pertained to warranty and replacement. The cold snap happened in less than 30 days of completion of the yard. Dan only offered a discount for replacing those plants. Had I been given more information about them or perhaps given alternative plant choices, things might have turned out different. I am really saddened by this. I really was hoping that this would be my forever landscaping company because they do good work. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and the slow response time have made me not want to continue the relationship.
