I had a mixed experience with Beautiful Blooms Landscaping. Before we did the actual planting everything was good, but after we did the planting we had some issues and the service was not so good. In the beginning they spent a lot of time with me because I didn't know the plants of this area well. So they spent a lot of time with me in in the planning and design stages but then once the plants were in the ground, things changed. Part of their service is to check if irrigation works properly in area they planted and they have a 3 month warranty period, but I didn't find them to be very helpful. I had plants that were dying and when I called to tell them they said the plants aren't getting enough water. I told them that they should have checked that since they were responsible for the irrigation set-up, but I didn't hear from them again after that. We spent a lot of money with them and I guess I felt that their aftercare service could have been better. Things started off well, but ended up being disappointing. They could easily have helped us by giving us more advice on what to do, or they could have replaced the plants that died, or maybe we could have assessed the situation and figured out what was wrong, but it sort of seemed like once the plants were in the ground, they had their money and that's all they cared about.
