My sewer was backed up and I had company coming over at 5. I called Viking Plumbing at 2 o'clock, they picked up after the 2nd ring. I had our technician Caleb show up within an HR! He cleared our main sewer drain and everything worked perfectly. Caleb even went the extra mile and checked all the drains and water lines in our crawlspace for NO extra charge. After he was done he then checked out the hardness and Chlorine levels in our water, he is coming back tomorrow to install a new water softener.
