I was extremely pleased with the service provided by M&K. I called when our A/C went out on a 90+ degree Saturday. Suzanne answered and promised to try to find someone to come. she called back within 2 minutes and said someone would be there within the hour. when Kevin arrived, he did a thorough job of troubleshooting and explaining the problem to me, and was able to get the part and install it that afternoon! He was polite and informative, and the charges were reasonable, especially considering it was a weekend. we are signing a contract to have M&K service our HVAS system regularly.
