We have used M&K Heating and Cooling Services for about four years now but we have known Kathy and Mike for a long time. They run a good business and it shows in how their employees are. My only suggestion or something I would like to see them change is to call clients for the renewal of the annual service maintenance contract rather than emails. In this day and age, we are all bombarded with so many emails that if we miss checking emails for a day or two then something like the renewal email will get lost in the shuffle whereas a phone call will not. Their technicians are prompt, polite and professional. They are always good about doing their assessment quickly and explaining their findings to us as well as answering our questions. I absolutely recommend calling M&K Heating and Cooling Services if you want good, reliable service and knowledgeable technicians.
